For each of our clients, our Professional Services team is the team that executes on the strategic recommendations our Strategy Team recommends via there proactive checks and planning they do with each of our clients. Along with managing any new technology implementations, moves adds or changes at each client site; they are also the team that our Service Desk team escalates any reactive issues too, our “SWAT Team.” The following is an outline of what our Project Services team provides.

Project Management & Coordination
With every project, we assign a Project Manager who is in charge of the overall execution of the plan, ensures we stay in the scope of the project, manages our technical resources needed for the project and makes sure we complete our projects within the time frame our clients require. We also assign internal support to maintain the scheduling of our technical resources and the delivery of any products that are part of a project.

System Engineers
The Systems Engineers that make up our Professional Services Team each have over ten years of experience working as System Administrators/Systems Engineers with the knowledge of implementing technology for businesses and advance certifications for our technology partners. Our Systems Engineers are the lead resources for any server, networking projects. They are also the primary resource for any scopes of works we provide for any project services we provide to ensure they are accurate.

Our Systems Engineers also work to implement technologies that make our support capabilities more efficient, and they provide guidance and mentorship for the rest of our technical support team.
