So with the Shell Shock vulnerability news and how it might affect Macs open source devices, this blew away the notion that Mac’s and Linux are free of security risks. Well another notion is that mobile phones maybe at a less risk of getting viruses as well. This article, written by Molly Wood talks about how malware is becoming more of an issue with smart phones than not. It is still not as big a threat as those that have effected Target and Home Depot, but it is something worth keeping an eye on.
