On the first day, we worked with this firm to do a complete audit of all of there IT infrastructure and developed strategic technology life-cycle plan to make sure they could properly budget for any technology upgrades down the road. We also put together a support plan that addressed all of the companies needs and ensured there end-users had access to the technology they needed an experience little to no downtime.
