If you are experiencing a technical issue, please try some of the following troubleshooting suggestions on our Start Here Page as these might save you some time and get you back up and running right away.

If none of the troubleshooting suggestions work out and you have a technical issue that can be scheduled, please fill out the following Service Request form.

If your support request can not wait, please call our Help Desk to reach one of our Technicians and we will try and assist you right away or schedule a call back if appropriate. Please call us at (877) 800-6710 Option # 1 Service and Option #2 for Sales.

If you are a client of Precision IT Consulting please go to our Client Portal to submit a ticket. Once you are logged into the portal you will be able to look up the status of any service tickets you've created. If you are an Admin for your business, you can login to the Client portal to submit tickets, look at the status of all your companies service requests, projects, recommendations and documentation. If this is your first time attempting to login to the client portal please follow these instructions. Contact your vCIO if you need help creating an account to access your Client Portal.

You can also email us your support request and this will automatically open up a ticket for you in our system. Please provide as much detail about the issue you are having.
